My mission with CSC Holistic Alignment is to empower individuals on their healing journey and to provide a space where they can feel supported and witnessed in their fullest expression. Through energetic bodywork, stretch therapy, and massage therapy, individuals can explore their inner truth, their relationship to themselves, and grow towards lasting alignment of the mind, body, and spirit.

My vision is to inspire a community-focused world where holistic alignment is the foundation for physical, emotional, spiritual, and energetic wellness. Where the entire community is supported on every level, dedicated to each other, and moving towards self-discovery and the infinite growth we are capable of as humans. Our Services
Somatic Energy Balancing (Polarity Therapy)
A transformative healing technique that focuses on the body's natural energy and supports one's ability to heal oneself. This technique tunes into the electromagnetic field of the body to create balance and allow energy to flow on all levels.
Craniosacral Unwinding Therapy
A gentle, hands-on approach that focuses on the membranes, fluid, and bones of the system between the head and end of the spine. Assists in releasing tension and restrictions, balancing the flow of cerebrospinal fluid, and promoting deep relaxation for the nervous system.
Mobile Swedish Massage Therapy
Swedish Massage Therapy uses relaxing motions, light to medium pressure, and provides overall tension relief of the body. Both 90 minute and 120 minute in-home services available across the Valley. Cupping Therapy, Aromatherapy, Scraping, and more available at no additional cost. Please have a clean, quiet space with room for a massage table available for this session.
Mobile Deep Tissue Massage Therapy
Deep Tissue Massage Therapy accesses all layers of muscle tissue by applying deep pressure, Trigger Point Therapy, stretching, and other techniques. Both 90 minute and 120 minute in-home services available across the Valley. Cupping Therapy, Aromatherapy, Scraping, and more available at no additional cost. Please have a clean, quiet space with room for a massage table available for this session.
Thai Massage
Performed on a mat, this modality blends the ancient principles of Ayurveda, stretching practices of Thai Bodywork, and facilitated yoga. This traditional modality seeks to restore harmony between mind, body, and spirit and promote long-term health. Option for Table Thai Massage or Stretch Therapy.
Foot Reflexology & Toe Reading
Uncover hidden messages of your past through evaluating the toes and how you resonate with the messages found. This self-reflection informs Reflexology - based in the belief that certain acupressure points correspond with organs and parts of the body. Stimulating these points promotes the body's natural healing process.

ABOUT CASSIDY
Hello and welcome! My name is Cassidy Clark and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and energetic bodywork practitioner. I am very enthusiastic, passionate, and unapologetically outspoken about this work and what I love; some might say my enthusiasm is infectious. I am fiercely protective of those that I love and I strive to create safety for the expression of our beautiful communities. My affinity towards life runs deep in my soul and I feel life in a very visceral way, a way that has given me awareness of the connection between somatics, emotions, and energies.
Throughout the past five years I have been on a transformational journey that has given me a glimpse at my purpose in life of holding space for profound healing, engaging deeply with energy, and embodying my most authentic self. For a long time I pondered as to how I could live this purpose in a way that resonates with me, and I was eventually led to attend Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in a 1000-hour Ayurvedic-based massage program which was completed in April 2025. Throughout my own experience in this work, my trust in the process of life has been solidified. We each have the power within us to let go of, create, and transform anything we want to.
Bringing awareness to our body's way of remembering can help us process life in a more balanced and harmonized way. This perspective can create movement and catalyze change that translates across physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and energetic levels. This process has changed my life and I am honored to continue to share this ancient work in my own unique way.
